Delete Your Arviy Account and Data
You can delete your Arviy account and its data at any time, in the app or by email to support@sigarda.com. Deleting in the app takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 1: in the app (recommended)
- Open Arviy and sign in.
- Open the You tab, then tap the Settings icon.
- Under Session, tap Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation and tap Delete forever.
The account and its data are removed from the server right away and you are signed out.
Option 2: by email (if you cannot open the app)
- Email support@sigarda.com from the address registered to your Arviy account.
- Use the subject "Delete Arviy account" and include your username.
- We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Profile and profile photo, email, username and password (hash).
- All activities, including GPS tracks, heart rate, photos and AI summaries.
- Kudos, comments, followers and following, block and mute lists, club memberships.
- Goals, training plans, gear, privacy zones, safety contacts, beacons.
- Device push tokens, Strava and Google links, and all login sessions.
What is kept
- Segments, challenges, club events and races you created remain, without a link to you.
- Moderation reports you filed stay, without the reporter's identity.
- Clubs you own pass to the longest-standing member; deleted if there is nobody else.
- Server backups are deleted automatically within 14 days; server logs rotate automatically and only keep the most recent period.
Deleting part of your data without deleting the account
- Delete specific activities or photos from that activity's page.
- Delete privacy zones, or opt out of the heatmap, in Settings.
- Disconnect Strava in Settings → Connections & sync; revoke Arviy's access in your Strava account settings.
- Revoke Health Connect permissions in the Health Connect app, and location or notification permissions in Android settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes local data on that device (unsent upload queue is lost) but does not delete the server account.
Note
Older Arviy versions (package app.runlife.runlife up to 1.3.1 and com.sigarda.runlife up to 1.19.3) use the same server account; deleting the account in any of these apps deletes it for all of them. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
