Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher). Provide accurate information, keep your password secret and take responsibility for activity on your account. One person, one account; do not impersonate anyone.

2. Your content

Your activities, photos, comments and other content remain yours. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and show them to others according to the privacy settings you choose, solely to run Arviy. Make sure you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

3. Prohibited behaviour

• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against others; illegal, violent or sexually explicit content.
• Spam, fraud or impersonation.
• Faking activities to distort leaderboards, segments or challenges.
• Scraping user data, attacking or disrupting the service, or trying to access data that is not yours.
• Creating accounts to evade a block or sanction.

Users can report or block content and accounts. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Safety and health

Exercise carries risk. Arviy is not a medical device, and training plans, heart-rate zones, calories and AI summaries are general guidance, not medical advice; consult a health professional before starting a demanding programme. Watch traffic and your surroundings; do not look at your phone while running or riding on the road. GPS and sensors can be wrong. The live beacon helps people close to you know where you are but is not an emergency service and does not guarantee help; in an emergency call your local emergency number.

5. Third-party services

Features connected to Strava, Google, Health Connect, OpenStreetMap and other services are subject to their own terms. You are responsible for your accounts with those services.

6. Availability and changes

Arviy is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it is always available or error-free. Features may change, be discontinued or be limited. Keep a copy of important data (for example a GPX/TCX export).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sigarda is not liable for injury, loss of data or indirect loss arising from the use of Arviy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Arviy and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, or if the service ends, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Changes to the terms and governing law

We may change these terms; material changes are announced on this page. Using Arviy after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
